Refusal of Treatment: Clients have the right to refuse treatment, provided that such refusal does not pose a risk to their own health or the health and safety of others. In such cases, a signed consent form acknowledging the refusal will be required for documentation purposes.
2. Fitness Gym
2.1 Membership & Fees
Eligibility: Membership is available to individuals aged 18 and over. Those under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.
Fees: Membership fees are due in advance and vary by membership type. Payment details will be provided upon registration.
Access: Membership grants access to gym facilities during operating hours. Additional fees may apply for personal training or special classes.
2.2 Gym Conduct
Behaviour: Members must conduct themselves respectfully. Inappropriate behavior may result in suspension or termination of membership.
Attire: Proper athletic wear and footwear are required.
Personal Belongings: Kwinda Wellness is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Members are encouraged to secure their belongings in designated lockers and avoid leaving items unattended.
2.3 Health & Safety
Medical Clearance: Individuals with pre-existing health conditions should consult a healthcare provider before starting any fitness program.
Liability: By using the gym, you acknowledge the inherent risks of physical activity and agree that Kwinda Wellness is not liable for any injuries.
3. Keletso Recovery Centre (Rehabilitation Services)
3.1 Services
Keletso Recovery Centre offers rehabilitation programs for individuals recovering from substance addiction, mental health conditions, and other health challenges. Our holistic approach integrates medical treatment, counseling, and therapeutic support to aid in recovery and promote long-term wellness.
3.2 Eligibility
Referral Requirement: Certain services may require a referral from a healthcare provider.
Pre-Assessment: A pre-assessment may be required to determine the appropriate treatment and rehabilitation plan.
3.3 Payment & Insurance
Fees: Payment is due at the time of service.
Medical Aid: Clients should verify coverage for rehabilitation services with their medical aid providers.
3.4 Health & Safety
Disclosure: Clients must inform staff of any medical conditions that may affect treatment.
Liability: Participation in rehabilitation services carries inherent risks. Clients agree to assume responsibility for their treatment and release Kwinda Wellness from liability.
3.5 Holistic Approach

3.6 Code of Conduct
Respect: Clients must treat staff and other clients with respect. Disruptive behaviour may result in termination of services.
4. General Terms
4.1 Modifications
Kwinda Wellness reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately.
4.2 Termination
By Client: Services can be terminated with written notice. Refunds, if applicable, will follow the specific service’s cancellation policy.
By Kwinda Wellness: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for violations of these Terms or disruptive behavior.
4.3 Limitation of Liability
Kwinda Wellness is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
4.4 Lost or Stolen Items
Kwinda Wellness is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items on the premises. Members and clients are encouraged to secure their belongings in designated lockers and are advised not to leave personal items unattended.
4.5 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes will be handled within the South African legal system.
